Saturday Spanking

Widowed Mickey Chandler comes to Williston to stay with her sister and brother-in-law after the birth of their twins.  She likes the change of scenery and pace, deciding a new life in Williston is just the ticket.  She meets Hank Caldwell, a local rancher who has trust issues.  A temptestuous relationship ensues.

In the opening scene, Micky Chandler and Hank Caldwell meet when the horse she is riding is spooked by a snake and she loses conrol of the reins.  Hank rescues her and is concerned about her well-being.

“You’re sure you’re not hurt?”

“Shaken and my bones rattled but okay, thanks to you.  By the way, I’m Mickey Chandler.

“Pleased to meet you Mickey Chandler, I’m Hank Caldwell.”  He offered his hand and she laughed.

“What’s funny?”

“You offering your hand, a few moments ago you were giving me a hug, I liked that better.  OMG, did I just say that out loud?”

“Yes, you did say that out loud but guess what, I liked it better too,” giving her a smile showing sparkling white teeth set off by his tanned skin and sky blue eyes. “So Mickey Chandler, where are you from and what are you doing out this way?”

The book is available at LSF Publications and Amazon.

This is a blog hot and others are standing by waiting for your visit.

  6. Congratulations on the new release, Leigh. Love the sound of the blurb, and you write the sweetest romances. I haven't been reading lately because of other stuff going on but this is exactly what I need to get me back in the mood. I'm off to buy.
