Spanking Saturday is Here Again

Here we are again on a Saturday.  Glad we keep meeting like this.  I'm offering another peak into the lives of Melody and Ken in At the End of the Rainbow.  If you've been by, you know that Melody and Ken are the main characters.  Ken is a successful rancher and Melody is an independent career woman - when they meet, sparks fly.

Melody agreed to accompany Ken on a visit to his ranch in Colorado.  They are still in the getting to know each other stage and Melody is not her best first thing in the morning. Ken finds her in the kitchen in a tee-shirt and panties and likes what he sees. She is making coffee and needs the caffeine to become something other than a grump.  Ken finds this out the hard way.  He kisses her and even though she kisses him back without that coffee he's treading on soft ground. He takes her to his bedroom.

"If you don’t want me to go any further, tell me now, otherwise I am going to make love to you.”

“No, I am not ready.”

“Well, aren’t you the tease?”  Ken said jokingly.

“Don’t you dare to call me that.  I wasn’t the one who started this; I was just in the kitchen to get a cup of coffee.  You are the one who came in and wouldn’t let me go.  You just asked me to tell you how I felt, and I did, so don’t go calling me names” she said snippily.

“I was teasing.  There’s no need to get all snippy Melody.  I didn’t think it would get you all riled up.  If you say no, the answer is no.  I will tell you though that brattiness doesn’t sit well with me, and if you keep it up, you won’t be sitting comfortably.  And this time I am not joking?”

“Don’t you go threatening me, Mr. Kendall Burke.  I am not your wife; I am not even your girlfriend yet so don’t go getting all macho with me.”

“If you were my wife or girlfriend, you would already be over my knee getting your bottom reddened,” he said as he turned and walked away.

    1. I'm sorry Ronnie. Don't read on Saturdays, cause you know that is what's going to happen.

    1. Love that, blood to a vampire comparison to caffeine. Think that's Melody's problem too.

  9. Yummy... great scene. I can feel her butterflies.

  10. I like a dominant man but I think spanking a woman before she's had her morning cup of coffee, is taking things too far!

    1. I think that fits in the category of cruel and unhuman punishment.

    2. Is it inhuman or unhuman, haven't had enough coffee yet and the brain is not functioning to its fullest extent.

  11. Well there's a way to woo her... I think he should make her a full breakfast and then spank her and then make love to her. But that is just me ;)

  12. What a great snippet, Leigh. I've been wondering about Melody and Ken. I can completely relate to not wanting to be bothered before that first cup of joe in the morning. Ken is very understanding though, and seems to have a lot of patients. At least for now.

    1. Yes, I'm sure his patience will only go so far, after all he is a man.

  13. He is clearly in the wrong to approach her when she had not had coffee. I think being snippy is quite justified, and he ought to back off.

  14. I've learnt from my husband never get between a caffeine addict and their first fix of the day.

  15. Great snippet Sunny! Goodness, get Melody coffee ... stat! Lol. "Don't go getting all macho with me" ... he sure straightened her out on that one!
